№ 3 from March 1, 2015 The present Agreement of the use of the Pruffme Service" (hereinafter the "Agreement") defines the mutual rights, obligations, and liability of the Limited liability company "Pruffme", hereinafter referred as "Company" on behalf of the CEO Poduzov Sergey Valeryevich on the one hand, and the User (any physical person over 18 years old or a legal entity), accepted a public offer (Offer) about the conclusion of the Agreement, on the other hand, jointly referred to as a "Party".
