In accordance with the spirit of Fujian Province’s “Opinions on Higher Vocational Education Serving the Reform and Construction Project of the Economic Zone on the West Bank of the Straits” (Min Zheng Ban [2008] No.59) and “Opinions on Implementing Fujian-Taiwan Educational Exchange and Cooperation Project” (Min Zheng Ban [2008] No.176).
