This Agreement on Equity Restructuring (this “Equity Restructuring Agreement”), dated as of June 29, 2023, is made by and among STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation (“STRATTEC”) and WITTE AUTOMOTIVE GMBH, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“WITTE”).
