Considering that the Parties have agreed to join forces for greater transparency and exchange of information in tax matters and in order to promote bilateral cooperation and good faith relations in the future between the Faroes and The Bahamas, and considering that the Government of the Faroes concludes this agreement on behalf of the Kingdom of Denmark pursuant to the Act on the Conclusion of Agreements under International Law by the Government of the Faroes, the Government of the Faroes and the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas have agreed to conclude an agreement on exchange of information in relation to tax matters as follows:
