Morocco hereby notifies the establishment of an import surveillance procedure applying to imports of ceramic tiles for a period of nine months as of 1 January 2011. Attached are Decision No. 01/10 of 30 December 2010 subjecting the import of ceramic tiles to a prior import declaration (DPI) and Notice to Importers No. 08/10 setting out the procedure for the issuing of the DPI.
