THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made by and between Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners (the “County”), and Corizon Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation, ("CORIZON"), is entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2020. The County and CORIZON shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
