o Medical acts and services performed by all the employed and authorized doctors of the Hospital, whereas these physicians are engaged in the treatment, if these doctors are entitled to special calculation of their acts and services within comprehensive or partial hospitalisation, as well as within the treatment provided to a patient prior the hospitalisation and after the hospitalisation (§ 115a of the Social Act, Part V), including the acts and services from such doctors whose medical acts and services were initiated by these doctors or health-care institutions beyond the Hospital. This shall be applicable also in the event, when optional medical acts and services are calculated by the Hospital; payment settlement shall follow the GOÄ/GOZ Fee Schedule, as amended. This Medical Fee Schedule is available, upon request, in our Patients Billing Department.
