This agreement is between “The Student Group” (consisting of and represented by x x, x x and x x), the University of Oslo (represented by [UiO course responsible] and the company/research project(represented by company contact or project contact). The “project and project results” include the project and any used tools (e.g. software, concepts, design, documents, prototypes, experimental materials, methods, other objects or apparatus) that are developed as part of the project.
