VISITORS BUREAU, a Utah non-profit corporation (the “Chamber”). The County and the Chamber are sometimes referred to in this Amendment collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Original Agreement (defined below).
