STOREY PARK, (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of August, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and among MOSS PARK PROPERTIES, LLP, a Florida limited liability partnership (“Developer”), whose address is 311 West Oak Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, and the CITY OF ORLANDO, Florida, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL, 32801 (hereinafter referred to as(“City”).
