This Agreement Regarding Expenditure of Excess Bond Proceeds (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 2, 2015, by and between the Successor Agency to the Palm Springs Community Redevelopment Agency (“Successor Agency”) and the City of Palm Springs, a municipal corporation and charter city (“City”).
