This Agreement is entered into by and between: , hereinafter referred to as "Planning Attorney," an individual admitted and licensed to practice as an attorney in the State of South Carolina and whose office for the practice of law is located at the address on the signature page, and , hereinafter referred to as "Successor Attorney," an individual admitted and licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina and whose office for the practice of law is located on the signature page. This Agreement is effective as of the date it is signed by the last party to sign it.

The agreement also enumerates powers such as termination, payment for services, and resolution of disputes.
