This Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Harris Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, under contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration, statutorily created in Florida Statutes Chapter 20, for the operation of the Florida Health Information Exchange (Florida HIE) (“Party A”) and (“Party B”). Hereinafter, each Party will be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement is effective when fully executed.
