THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 19th day of March, 2007, by and between Ohio Valley Gas Corporation, an Indiana corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, and Cardinal Ethanol, LLC, an Indiana corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
