This Agreement to Host Visiting Scientist (“Agreement”) is between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a body corporate and politic organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (“UNIVERSITY"), and , with principal offices at ("COMPANY”). UNIVERSITY is entering into this Agreement on behalf of its (“Host Department”) on the Urbana-Champaign campus. The parties may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
