This agreement for the provision of street sweeping services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 19th day of October, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Cannon Pacific Services, Inc (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
