In this agreement ("Agreement"), the words "BUYER," "YOU" and "YOUR" mean or refer to all the buyers listed below who have signed this Agreement, jointly and severally. The words "SELLER," "US," "WE" and "OUR" mean or refer to Camp Creek Residential Development, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is 130 Richard Jackson Boulevard, Suite 200, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407, and its successors and assigns. The word "Community" means or refers to the master planned community being developed in Walton County ("County"), Florida ("State"), under the name Watersound Camp Creek whose boundaries are stated in a preliminary plat, or a plat recorded in Plat Book , Page , in the public records of the County, as amended from time to time (the "Plat").
