This Agreement to Purchase Limited Liability Company Interests (the "Agreement") is entered into on March 31, 2015 by and between Vintage Specialists, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Seller") and Totally Hemp Crazy, Incorporated ("Buyer"), a Nevada corporation, relating to membership interests of Smarterita, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ( "Smarterita").
