This Agreement will continue the City’s long-standing partnership with Special Olympics Southern California to offer a swimming facility for the community’s Special Olympians to train and prepare for competing in the annual Special Olympics. This partnership is one of the several programming areas in the City’s Adaptive Recreation program. The partnership includes Special Olympics Southern California providing all administration and coordination of the program, and the City providing use of its facilities at the Bellflower Aquatic Center
