the “Agritourism Participant Agreement”, hereinafter, the “agreement”, the “Agent” Shayne Davis”, aka “CLCC”, does hereby grant to the “Agritourism Participant”, hereinafter the “hunter”, the right to access and hunt the following game species under the conditions and in the manner as described and set forth herein to wit;

This instrument may only be completed by the biological parents of the minor child(ren) named above or legal guardian as appointed by a Court of law. Regardless of divorce or custody arrangements of any child both biological parents must have prior knowledge, consent and agree to all terms of this instrument. Under certain circumstances the owner or agent may make considerations for a child(ren) of a single parent or guardian to participate. Additional documentation of parentage or guardianship may be required.
