This Master Agreement, consisting of this cover sheet and the applicable attached Exhibits and Schedules, each of which is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by this reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), effective as of the Effective Date set forth above, is entered into by and between Skynet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Skynet”), having its principal place of business as set forth above, and the party identified above as Customer (“Customer”), having its principal place of business as set forth above.
