This Digital.ai Master Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective this day of , 20 (“Effective Date”), by and between Digital.ai Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 555 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 (“Digital.ai”) and , a [corporation/ limited liability company/limited partnership], with its principal place of business located at (“Partner”) and specifies terms and conditions which both parties enter into as a foundation for the relationship in which Partner and Digital.ai work together as further described in this Agreement and applicable Module(s) either attached or signed separately by the parties.
