This ALASKA AIRLINES AIRCRAFT AND ENGINE PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of September 28, 2020 (together with the Annexes and Schedules, this “Agreement”), between each Grantor1, whether as an original signatory hereto or as an Additional Grantor, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as collateral agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity as collateral agent, together with its successors and assigns, the “Collateral Agent”).
