This Airport General Consultant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “AGCA”) is entered into by and between City of Biddeford (hereinafter referred to as “Airport”), 205 Main Street, P.O. Box 586, Biddeford, ME 04005 and Gale Associates, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”), with its principal place of business located at 163 Libbey Parkway, P.O. Box 890189, Weymouth, MA 02189, hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”.
