This AIRPORT LEASE AND OPERATING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this ____ day of June, 2018, by and between the Town of Nantucket (“Town”) acting by and through the Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission, a commission established pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 90, Section 51E, as amended (the “Commission”), with a principal place of business at 14 Airport Road, Nantucket, MA 02554, and Fly Blade, Inc.
