This Contract is made and entered into this day, of , 2021, by and between the City of Marshalltown, Iowa, (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") and Marshalltown Aviation, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Iowa, (hereinafter referred to as the "MANAGER").
