THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this 26th day of August, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and Mead & Hunt, Inc., a Colorado Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional services for Client with respect to Project #19-005 Project Name: Pueblo Memorial Airport Master Plan and related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
