This Agreement applies to the VISA Credit Card Account established for the Business by Peoples Bank of Alabama. Any Card issued under this Agreement remains our property and must be returned to us or to anyone we designate, upon request. Retaining, signing or using, or permitting others to use, the Card or Account is the same as signing this Agreement, and means the Business agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
