First that for and in consideration of harmonious relations and settled conditions of employment, with financial and personal relations mutually beneficial, and the covenants and agreements herein mentioned, the parties hereto enter into, ordain, establish and agree to the following conditions of employment commencing on the twenty-fourth day of May, 2017 and continuing in full force and effect for a period of twenty-six(26) months , ending the 15th day of July, 2019 except where specifically specified in this agreement and subject to notice in writing from either party hereto to the other, within the four months immediately preceding the date of the 15th day of July, 2019. The same may be amended, cancelled or substituted as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.
