THIS ALBERTA MINING CLAIMS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) has been made and entered into as of this 12th day of September, 2007, between DEREK IVANY and ROYAL ATLANTIS GROUP, INC., as seller (the “Seller”), and IVANY MINING, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”).
