This Addendum (“Addendum”) between Alcorn State University (“ASU”), a governmental entity, and _________________________________________(“Contractor”), entered into and effective as of the latest date of the signatures below, constitutes an amendment or supplement to and shall be deemed incorporated into any services agreement, contract, quotation, voucher, or purchase order that this Addendum accompanies or to which it is attached (collectively referred to as “the Agreement”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any agreement by and between Contractor and ASU, and in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement, including any other attachments or exhibits thereto, and this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall control. The terms of this Addendum may only be amended by a writing that specifically references this Addendum and is signed by both parties.
