This Data Protection Agreement ("DPA") is entered into by the organization identified in the signature block below (“Customer” or “Data Controller”) and the applicable Alert Logic entity providing the Services (“Alert Logic” or “Data Processor”). This DPA (including Annex 1 and its schedules) forms part of and is incorporated into the written or electronic services agreement according to which Alert Logic provides Services to Customer (the “Agreement”).
