This A!liate Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) is between Currency Com Limited, a company registered under the laws of Gibraltar, having its registered o!ce at Suite 23, Portland House, Glacis Road, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar, UK (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and a natural or legal person that has received an approval from the Company to become the A!liate under the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “A!liate”).
