I understand that my participation on an All-Star team is a privilege and not a right. At the conclusion of the 2013-14 regular (fall) season, Region 40 will participate in the AYSO AREA 1C postseason All-Star Program. The All-Star program is an extension of the regular season with players selected from regular season teams. Competition at this level is usually higher than regular season competition. All-Star games begin in January and conclude in late February or early March depending on weather conditions and the teams success.
