THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of January 11, 1990, is made and entered into by and between THE COCA-COLA COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware having its principal place of business in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Company”), and COCA-COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF ANDERSON, S.C., a corporation organized an existing under the laws of the State of SOUTH CAROLINA having its principal place of business in ANDERSON, SOUTH CAROLINA (the “Bottler”).
