THIS ALLONGE TO GUARANTEED CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE (M) (this “Allonge”) is made and entered into as of the 14th day of December, 2009, by and between ISI Detention Contracting Group, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Peterson (the “Holder”).
