This Alternate Contract Source No. 25132100-NAPSO-ACS is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), an agency of the State of Florida (State), and Lappert Smith Industries, LLC, dba Charlotte UAV, whose address is 417 Ideal Way, Charlotte, NC 28203 (Contractor), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This ACS covers the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Drone) Services let by the Commonweath of Virginia for use by state agencies and other entities, as permitted by their own laws, ordinances or rules.
