This Alternative Tax Agreement is entered into on this 14th day of April, 2021, pursuant to the authority of La Center Municipal Code (LCMC) §5.25.030(2), by and between the CITY OF LA CENTER (“City”), a Washington municipality, with its principal place of business located at 214 E. 4th Street, La Center, WA 98629, and MT & M Gaming (“Tax Payer”), a Washington corporation that owns and operates The Last Frontier, a public card room located in the City at 105 West 4th Street, La Center, WA 98629. The City and the Tax Payer shall be referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “Parties.”
