The Agreement begins on DATE and continues until DATE at which point it will be reassessed by the employer as to continue the Alternative Work Location Agreement for another definite period or discontinue. Alternative Work Location arrangements are voluntary by both the employee and the employer and are provided at the sole discretion of FIT. As such, no employee is guaranteed, or entitled, to an Alternative Work Location arrangement and this Agreement can be terminated, immediately with written notice, by either party at any time, at which point the employee will not be allowed to continue with any remote work.
