This agreement will be enforced for activities January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2022. Commencing six months prior to its expiration, the agreement shall be reviewed by both parties to determine whether it should be renewed. Only those activities certified for DHP CPD credit in the following categories are eligible for conversion to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™:
