This AMC Technology LLC (“AMC,” “us,” or “we”) Data Processing Agreement and its exhibits (“DPA”) reflect the parties’ agreement with respect to the Processing of Personal Data by us on behalf of you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) in connection with the services provided under the AMC cloud services agreement between you and us (“Agreement”) This DPA is incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, the Agreement. This DPA is effective upon its incorporation into the Agreement, which may be specified in the Agreement or in an executed amendment to the Agreement.
