This AMENDED AND RESTATED CONTRACT MINING AGREEMENT (“Amended Agreement” or “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of October 1, 2011 between SUGAR CAMP ENERGY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereinafter called “Owner,” and M-CLASS MINING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereinafter called “Contractor.”
