THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Williamson County and Cities Health District (hereinafter the “Health District”), a local governmental entity in the State of Texas acting herein by and through its governing body, and Williamson County, Texas (hereinafter the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, also acting herein by and through its governing body. The Health District and the County are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.

This Agreement is executed in duplicate this day of , 2018, by and between the City of Orem, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah, with its principal offices located at 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah 84057, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and the Board of Education, Alpine School District, a corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah, with its principal offices located at 575 North 100 East, American Fork, Utah 84003 (hereinafter referred to as “Alpine”).

This Amended Interlocal Agreement is made pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-2901, et seq. and K.S.A. 72-8230.
