This Agreement made as of this day of , 2018 (the “Agreement”), by and between the City of Kingston (the “Municipality”) and the Energy Improvement Corporation (“EIC”) (both the Municipality and EIC may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”), sets forth the duties and obligations of each Party in connection with the Municipality’s participation in the Energize NY Benefit Finance Program (the “Program”).
