This Amendment and Restatement of Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this 1st day of August 2015, by and between THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, a municipal school district organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, hereinafter described as “Board” or “Lessor” and Friends of Breakthrough Schools, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, hereinafter described as “FOB” or “Lessee”.
