THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED SIDE LETTER, dated as of September 12, 2024 (this “Amendment”) is made by and between WALKER & DUNLOP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Buyer”).
