This Amendment No. 4 (this “Amendment”) to the Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), dated as of June 17, 2008, amended by Amendments No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, dated as of October 31, 2011, October 25, 2012 and October 7, 2013, respectively (as so amended, the “Partnership Agreement”), is entered into effective as of December 5, 2017, by Boardwalk GP, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “General Partner”), as the general partner of the Partnership.
