This Amendment No. 8 (this “Amendment No. 8”) to the Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Energy Transfer LP (the “Partnership”) dated as of February 8, 2006 (as amended to date, the “Partnership Agreement”) is hereby adopted effective as of April 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by LE GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), as the general partner of the Partnership. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given such terms in the Partnership Agreement.
