THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED FORTY-SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of July 19, 2022 (the “Supplemental Indenture”), is entered into between AMERCO, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada (hereinafter called the “Company”), having its principal executive office located at 5555 Kietzke Lane, Suite 100, Reno, Nevada 89511, and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association (hereinafter called the “Trustee”).
