This AMENDMENT TO TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT (this "Amendment''), effective as of the last date on the signature page hereto, is made and entered into by and between Mills County, Texas ("County"), acting through its duly elected officers, and Bluebonnet Wind Power, LLC (hereinafter "Company").
